Local Natural Raised Beef, Pork & Chicken at the Indoor Winter Farm Market in the City Center Plaza downtown Appleton

This Saturday, November 5, is the first day of the indoor Winter Farm Market season.
And it is the 10th Anniversary.

Our booth is just inside the main entrance across the room from the escalators.
See below for what is new at my booth this week.
Opening day of the 10th season. 
The indoor winter farm market is from 9:00am to 12:30.  Alice in Dairyland will be there from 10:00 to 11:30 just like she was on opening day 10 years ago.  She will be introduced and there will be a cutting of the cheese / ribbon about 10:30.

The market has grown from the original 12 vendors to well over 50 and this year we expanded to the second level.  Be sure to stop up there and see what has been added.  The EBT token booth is also going to be on the second floor.

Products this year include:
Seafood, Turkey, duck, bison
EGGS, Cheese
Gluten free bakery, Roasted coffee
All kinds of Produce - fruits and veggies
Pickles, salsa, jams, and many other canned goods
Chocolates, cookies, cakes
Rugs, soaps, lotions
And so much more………………………………………

There will also be a Knife Sharpener on site to sharpen your cutlery while you shop.

At Our Booth ..........
 
Samples:  I will have samples of Beef Sirloin Tip Roast (Tri-tip) – it is so good……
I will also have Salsa Cheese to try.

Specials:  My specials this week are
$1.00 OFF each package
of Ribeye Steak and each Sirloin Tip Roast

Still running the GREEN STAR special on cheese this week.  $1.00 off all marked packages.  Plus all other cheeses are at a reduced price as well.

Also at my Booth-------
Elk from Navarino Valley Elk Ranch. 
I will have ground, patties, roasts, pepperwurst sausage, snack sticks and jerky.

Jimmy J’s Razor Back Rib Sauce
I will have a selection of his sauces, mild, medium, hot, XXX.

Gift Certificates
For those who start to shop for the holidays early, I will have gift certificates again this year.  Just ask for more info.  You can get them for any amount, individual certificates or in books.


Remember, we take EBT tokens.

For Fall Cooking !!!!!!
We have many roasts to choose from:
Round             Chuck
Rump                 Arm
        Brisket          
 Sirloin Tip (Tri-Tip)
Rib               Loin
All are boneless and average 2.5 to 3.5 pounds.
I do have a few roasts under 2 pounds, please ask for these in advance so I am sure to have one along.
